Return Policy

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns of any sort due to hygienic reasons. If you wish to consult a doctor, please do so before placing and order. However we provide a warranty for our products.

We warrant, for a period of one year from the date of shipment of our product to you that our products shall be free of defects in material and workmanship, as shall be determined by our manufacturing standards, and shall conform to the description on the website.

Battery enclosed in the device cannot be replaced and is not covered by the warranty. The battery life is 75 hours of continuous operation which translates into one year of every day use according to the instructions.
